Can I bring a guest/date?

If you would like to bring a bring a plus one, please reach out to Amber or Daniel directly to have them formally added to the guest list.

Are my kids invited?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of our flower girl and ring-bearer.

Where do I stay?
Answer
We suggest guests look for a hotel/Airbnb/VRBO in Saugatuck or the neighboring towns of Douglas or Fennville. While a little farther from the venue, Holland is a larger town that may have more options/availability.

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
Yes! We have a hotel block at the Best Western conveniently located 3 minutes from the venue. When you call the hotel, request to book a room under "Daniel & Amber's Wedding block".

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Yes! We would love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day. Your best cocktail attire is requested. We also ask that guests avoid wearing dark green or colors reserved for the bride - cream, ivory, or white.

What time should I arrive at the venue for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 6pm. We ask that guests arrive at or before 5:45pm.

How do we get home after drinking?
Answer
There are multiple ways to get home safely: Uber; Lyft; or the low-cost shuttle service provided by the town of Saugatuck (This service applies only to those staying in Saugatuck or Douglas).

What airport should I fly into?
Answer
Gerald R. Ford airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids, MI is the largest airport in the area and is approximately a one hour drive to Saugatuck. Other local airports include the Kalamazoo, MI airport (AZO) and the South Bend, IA airport (SBN).

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, there will be plenty of parking spaces. Overnight parking is permitted as well.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony and reception will both take place at Ivy House.
