Daniel Jay and Amber met when Amber was fangirling over her favorite poet on a blog. Daniel Jay messaged, boasting about how he'd met said poet. They were friends for several months, messaging and calling each other often. Amber travels for her work, and while on assignment in Connecticut she decided to go see Niagara Falls.
