VERY IMPORTANT Please plan to arrive early. If you are not taking the shuttle and are driving separately, we kindly ask that you arrive between 1:20–2:00 PM — the earlier, the better. The wagon ride to our ceremony site accommodates 50 guests and takes about 20 minutes per trip, making an early arrival important for a smooth flow. Guests taking the shuttle should be ready to board the wagon at 2:15 PM. With an estimated 200–250 guests, transportation will take over an hour. Your timely arrival ensures we can begin our ceremony promptly at 3:00 PM and enjoy a seamless, beautiful start to the day. Thank you for prioritizing this. We deeply appreciate it.
Formal Cocktail Attire We kindly ask that guests dress in our preferred color palette of blues, browns, grays, greens, tans, and black. This will help keep everything cohesive for photos and the overall aesthetic of the day. Bridal party will be in shades of green.
Yes there will be shuttles provided by us. Eau Claire: Holiday Inn Eau Claire South Black River Falls: Coratel Plus Suites by Jasper Pick up times: Holiday Inn Eau Claire South: 1:00 PM Coratel Plus Suites by Jasper Black River Falls: 2:05 PM Shuttle will arrive at Burlap and Bells at 2:15 PM For anyone who would like to leave early there will be a pick up at 8:00 PM at Burlap and Bells. Drop off at Coratel Plus Suites by Jasper Black River Falls at 8:45 PM. Drop off at Holiday Inn Eau Claire South at 9:45 PM. The last pick up will be when the reception ends at 11:30 PM at Burlap and Bells. Drop off at Coratel Plus Suites by Jasper Black River Falls at 11:45 PM. Drop off at Holiday Inn Eau Claire South at 12:45 AM.
Yes there is a two night minimum.
Due to limited space at our venue, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate all guests’ children. If your children are invited, their names will be included on your invitation. We truly hope you understand this decision, as it allows us to ensure there’s enough room for everyone invited. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions! If your children are listed on your invitation, you’re more than welcome to bring them—but there’s absolutely no pressure to do so. Simply exclude them from your RSVP if you’d prefer a night out. We’re so grateful for your understanding and support. Thank you!

Yes! We’ll be hosting an open bar for our guests. Once the hosted tab reaches its limit, the bar will transition to a cash bar, so please be prepared to purchase drinks later in the evening if needed.
