2.4 Mile Riverwalk along the Hillsborough River in Downtown Tampa. Great way to explore the parks, museums, restaurants and more in Tampa. This is one of our favorite places to go for a long walk, a quick bite to eat, or to stop and spend the day in Curtis Hixon Park. Armature Works sits at one end of the riverwalk and has easy parking in a lot. You can find a food market there with everything from sushi to BBQ to chicken and waffles (yumm!), as well as indoor seating for a rainy day or seating across from the river for a sunny day. From there you can easily walk along the riverwalk, or stop by one of our favorite restaurants, Ulele, a rustic-chic site for native Floridian fare with its own brewery! You can even make a pit stop along your walk at the David A. Straz, Jr. Center for the Performing Arts and see a show! Straz offers everything from musicians to Broadway shows.
Hyde Park Village offers a variety of high-end shopping, dining, and entertainment essentials to the Tampa Bay community. On Swann and Bartaco are our top food picks for the area! Check out their website calendar for pop up shops and street markets. You will find easy, free parking in one of their 3 garages.

Clearwater's stretch of sugar white sand beaches enjoys national acclaim and recognition as some of the best in the country. Stop by the Sandbar at the Opal Sands Resort for a bite to eat and watch the sunset on their patio rocking chairs!

The aquarium tracks a drop of water's progress through Florida's diverse ecosystems. It features river otters, sharks, alligators, lemurs, sea dragons, sea turtles and more! A truly great place to learn about Florida and entertain your kiddos. The aquarium offers penguin encounters, dolphin excursions and much more. After you're finished, head over to Sparkman Wharf to grab a snack and watch the cruise ships leave the Port of Tampa.
It houses the largest collection of DalĂ's works outside Europe. It is located on the downtown St. Petersburg waterfront by 5th Avenue Southeast, Bay Shore Drive, and Dan Wheldon Way. Museums in the Tampa Bay area are plentiful, but The Dali Museum is by far our favorite. On nice days we like to venture to downtown St. Petersburg to enjoy the museum and some of the amazing restaurants and bars St. Pete has to offer. It is only a short drive over the bridge, if you have time to explore while you are in the area St. Pete is a must!
