I am coming from out of town, should I Uber everywhere or rent a car?

Answer

Depends on how long and where you are staying! Uber in Tampa is plentiful, but may be more expensive than you are used to. Lyft is also plentiful and is sometimes significantly cheaper to use here, so check both. Parking around Tampa is free in many popular locations, and in areas without free parking it is usually not difficult to find metered street parking. Most restaurants have valet services which are free or under $5.
