If you decide on staying outside the suggested hotels, you will need to provide a passport or ID in order to give you entrance & access to the resort grounds.

For transportation options to and from the airport: --Taxis: quick and safe way to be brought to the hotel. It is a quick 3-minute ride from the airport -Hotel Shuttle: Once you walk towards the exit of the airport, locate personnel with polos that have "Groupo Puntacana" on them. You may tell them you're staying at the hotel and would like to request shuttle pick up. **Please note: this shuttle is not on demand and times may vary if the shuttle is completing a ride.

What are the required travel documents?
There are TWO required documents for travelers outside of Dominican Republic. 1) A passport is required. If you do not have one, please plan ahead as processing times can take 8-11 weeks. Apply for a passport through this link: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports/need-passport/apply-in-person.html 2) An e-ticket is required to be filled out for entry AND exit of the Dominican Republic. You will be denied boarding the plane if you do not have one. Please note this is to be done ideally 72 hours before your trip. You can fill it out no earlier than ONE WEEK before your departure date up until you arrive at the airport. You be given a QR code that will be scanned during boarding. *IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE E-TICKET, YOU WILL BE DENIED BOARDING* The link for the e-ticket is: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do

Please ask the front desk staff at the lobby to call the Westin shuttle which will take you to Puntacana Club.

Please be in the lobby ready for pickup by 4:30pm. Guests staying outside of the Westin and Four Points are able to take this shuttle as their easiest form of transportation to and from your outside hotels.
