Cassie met Matt at 12 years old, and that was when their story started. When they first met, Cassie impressed Matt with her kindness, knowledge, fun loving spirit, and overall incredible personality. The more they talked the more Matt fell for her. Cassie is extremely passionate about everything from her friends to fighting for equality and human decency. Matt is extremely lucky to be spending the rest of his life with Cassie and can't wait for all of the adventures they will have together.

Matthew fell for Cassie at 12 years old, and waited over a year for her to realize how great he is. He charmed her with his random trivia knowledge, amazing voice, incredible acting, and most of all his giant heart. Matt is very passionate about the things he cares about, including basic human decency and the theatre. Cassie is the luckiest woman alive to spend the rest of her life with this dork and all the Legos he collects.
Hunter Brown
Cassie's Partner in Crime
Since the first day of high school, Hunter and Cassie have been best friends. Hunter and Cassie met in theatre, and Hunter helped Cassie win Survivor sophomore year, introduced Cassie to the greatest Government teacher ever, and helped her eat many discount cakes from Fry's Marketplace. When Hunter moved to Texas their senior year, their friendship could not be stopped. Cassie and Hunter have not only shared a bond, they have shared graduations, tagged along on dates, and been there for all the important moments.
Samantha Lyons

Samantha took Cassie in during her final days of high school, and never stopped being there for her. Since then, Cassie has helped Samantha with her vegetarianism, and Samantha helps her find all her good decent vegan makeup. Samantha is passionate about helping people, and inspires Cassie to do the same every day. Samantha is a badass about to finish her Master's degree in Social Work, and change the world for the better.
Annalise Nathanson
Bridesmaid
Annalise has loved Cassie her whole life-because Cassie is older by 4 years. Lisie is an amazing artist who brightens up everybody's days, and wardrobes. Lisie has spent her whole life being a great sister to Cassie, even as Cassie proceeded to move 200 and then 2000 miles away from her. Lisie will be there with the best makeup of all, reminding Cassie to eat when she stresses and forgets.
Devyn Nathanson
Bride Tribe no.4
Devyn may not have picked out a cool term for their role in their wedding, but they remain cool nonetheless. Cassie and Dev are 8 years apart in age, but as close as they can be for people who don't know how to answer each others phone calls (Looking at you Dev!) Cassie is thrilled to have Dev wake up on time for these wedding events, and make some killer playlists.

Dan the Man met Matt in the early years of high school, but didn't start their friendship until they were in The Drowsy Chaperone together in early 2015. In the years following, they would start a band, write an album, screw around in CMAS (and theatre) and just generally drive their teachers crazy. Dan and Nick are credited with getting Matt to start an Arcadia High School tradition of making waffles in CMAS during finals instead of studying. Now Dan has co-founded a theatre company, SCAWWY Howwow Theatre.
Nicholas Marcantonio

Nick and Matt have been friends since 2015, when Matt got his head out of his ass and started hanging with cool people. Nick played lead guitar in their band, Band Name Pending. Nick and Matt were in School of Rock together at DST in 2017, where Nick shredded his guitar in the role of Zack Mooneyham. Since their high school days, Nick has gone to complete his Bachelors and is pursuing his Masters in Engineering at ASU.
Meira Young

Matt met Meira at the end of their sophomore year. Meira is an amazing drummer who joined Band Named Pending. She now rocks in the kitchen as a pastry chef. You can catch her teaching at Sur La Table, or eat some of her custom delicious treats. Meira can be found at @meiras_creations and creating delicious desserts for the wedding!
Devon Villarreal

Devon is Matt's big brother, who fostered Matt's fondness for sneakers, even if Matt prefers Vans over Nikes to Devon's horror. Dev and Matt have also bonded over football, even if Matt placed last in their fantasy league. Dev and his wife Imagine welcomed baby Theo to their family last December, making their rescue dog Winston a big bro of his own. They inspired Matt and Cass to adopt their own rescue Chloe!

It may be Matt and Cass's Wedding but Teddy may become the center of attention at the reception. He is the cutest Teddy Bear you've ever seen and will be 7 months old in July. Cass and Matt's newborn nephew will be the most precious ring bearer for this wedding (with support from Imagine of course).

Imagine is Matt's sister-in-law, and mom to baby Theo. Imagine is a passionate woman who cares about travel, family, the church, and beating Dev in their fantasy football league. She is always ready to play cards with the family, or help them plan their next adventure. Her competitive spirit is matched only by her husband Devon's, although they might disagree on that matter.
Emri Nathanson
Flower Shower Girl
Matt was the first person Cassie told when she learned of Emri's upcoming arrival in 2013. Emri has always had eyes for Cassie's partners, and Matt is no different. Matt and Cassie love Emri with all their hearts, even taking her in for a week and failing to get her to try new foods. Emri has joined them on countless long drives, and many mini adventures. This July she will steal the show as the self-titled Flower Shower Girl.
Jamie Villarreal

Jamie is da bomb, and has the skills (and the papers) to make this one kick-ass ceremony. In all seriousness, Jamie has been one of the biggest supporters of Matt and Cassie for years, even hanging out with Cassie the day after their high school breakup. Jamie is an amazing person who is currently attending UCCS to become an incredible English/Drama teacher, so her words better make us all laugh and/or cry. We love you Jamie!
