When should I RSVP by?

We kindly request a final head count by the end of August 2026 to guarantee an adequate food supply for everyone attending.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive around 3:00pm to ensure timely parking and seating. The ceremony will commence at 4:00pm and we kindly request that all guests be seated prior to this time.

Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes, both will be held at the Harmony Haven Ranch. You won't need to travel between locations- just bring your dancing shoes!

Can i bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venues restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.

Can i bring my kids?

Answer

We want you to kick back, relax and celebrate with us. Which is why we decided to have an adult-only event expect for our flower girl and ring bearer. We appreciate you making childcare arrangements.

What should I wear?

Answer

We cant wait to celebrate under string lights with you. Dress code is semi- formal. Dress it up, but keep it comfortable- you'll want shoes you can dance in and walk across the ranch in (grass and gravel). Ladies, flowy dresses or jumpsuits in rich fall tones would be beautiful. Gentlemen, dress shirts with slacks or suits (tie optional).
