Ask for the Hager/Goodrich wedding block by 9/15/18 for the block rate of $110. If before this date, let hotel staff know that these rooms are already marked as reserved in their system as to avoid an incorrect message that the rooms are all taken! Note: Early check-in may be available for guests in blocked-off rooms upon request. If this is not available a secure area has been reserved for guests to leave their luggage until their return that evening for check-in. Please call the hotel the week of the wedding for further details.
Shuttle
Shuttle from Hampton Inn to the Ceremony

The shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony will run with multiple vehicles from 2:45pm-3:45pm. The shuttle from the reception to the hotel will leave in 3 shifts: 1) 11:00 pm 2) 12:00 am 3) 1:00 am When you arrive to the ceremony from your shuttle, someone will greet you to sign up for a shuttle time back to the hotel to avoid cramming everyone into the last call shuttle! Important Notes: -Due to a large amount of out-of-town guests, shuttle seating may be limited. Please indicate when you RSVP if you would like to use this service. -Drivers will have phone numbers for those who reserved the shuttle to ensure everyone is picked up from the hotel. -Shuttle times leaving the wedding will be late. Hager Farms Location: 3083 Creekview Dr. Gallipolis, OH 45631
From the hotel: -Turn left and merge left onto US-35 W -Continue on 35 W for approximately 13 miles -Take the Rio Grande/Bob Evans Farms/Bidwell exit and turn left onto OH-325 S -Continue on OH-325 S for approximately 3 miles (Head straight through the blinking stop light and through the Rio Grande University Campus) -Turn left onto Cora Mill Rd. (Bottom of second big hill past Rio Archery. There is a small store/farm at the corner of Cora Mill Rd and US-325 S.) -In approximately 1.5 miles of winding road, turn left onto Creekview Dr. (a gravel road directly following the left 90 degree turn with a creek on the right side) -In about 1 mile you will pass the brick Hager house on the hill to your right. Keep driving past the pasture until you reach the 2nd barn on the right. You will be directed to park. You made it!
