Missoula is like a little big city. We have a LOT of grocery stores (Costco, even), gas stations, stop lights, a university and everything you might need. If you're worried about something specific, ask us! We can help.
Look good, feel good! Flowy dresses, bold prints (flowers & vegetables prints = extra dessert), bolo ties, no tie, nice shorts, etc. Don't stress over it. Just have an extra sweater for the cooler evenings, leave pointy heels at home, and be comfortable.
A big table full of tasty treats to share brought by all of you :) We love cake, but we also love cookies, brownies, cheesecake, mousse, pie, doughnuts, lemon bars, and more! If you're able, make or pick up a dessert to add to our pot-luck style dessert table. It will be a beautiful treat for everyone!
Missoula is full of Aribnbs, VRBOs and hotels. Check out our "travel" page to learn more. You are welcome to camp with us the evening of our wedding (9/4/21). If you want to camp, but aren't sure about camping gear, let us know! We'll do our best to hook you up.
Amanda & Jake will both be fully vaccinated by May 2021 and we are excited to finally be able to celebrate with all of you. We will be following health department guidelines and precautions for everyone's safety. All festivities are outdoors. If you are planning to attend our celebration, but have COVID concerns, let us know!
We love pups, but please leave your doggo at home.
Drink water. Missoula sits around 3,200 ft in elevation. If you're not used to it, the dry, mountain air may be more accommodating if you've had plenty of fluids. Our wedding festivities are all outside. Dress in layers.
September in Missoula is beautiful! Prepare to bring layers for warm (sometimes hot) afternoons and cooler evenings. This is also during fire season. Check the weather or back on this page for updates.
