Question

Will there be shuttles to the events?

Answer

All of the hotels and venues are less than a 15 minute walk from one another intentionally. So, we will not be providing a shuttle, but Ubers and taxis are plentiful if you would like to commute.

Does the ICA have parking?

Answer

No. Unfortunately, the ICA does not have parking, however, there are plenty of public garages near the venue. 75 Northern Ave, Fan Pier Parking, Pier 4 parking are all garages within a 5 minute walk of the venue.

Will it be cold?

Answer

We have looked at 10 years of historical weather data and June 29 has an average daily temp of 69 (20.5C), high of 77 (25C), and low of 55 (10.5C). The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors but covered, so no need to worry about rain. We we recommend you check the weather before travel. If you are still worried about temperature, we recommend you embrace the local New England way of dressing and bring layers.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional. Men should wear dark suits with a tie (Tuxedo not required). Women should wear mid to floor length dresses, jumpsuits or pant suits. We do not recommend: Sneakers (looking at you Lucas), daytime cocktail dresses, no tie, or any dress in the back of your closet from that one time in college you went to a formal and then may or may not have ended up on an elevated space.
