Formal Attire. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We ask that men wear a dark suit and tie and women wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress.
We recommend using Rideshare apps like Lyft or Uber. Following dinner, there will be a shuttle transporting guests from the reception venue back to the Hyatt House and Crowne Plaza Hotels in the West Loop. It will make trips every hour starting at 9 PM.
We kindly ask that guests arrive at 2:15 PM. Our wedding ceremony will start promptly at 2:30 PM.
St. Mary of the Angels Church has free parking available for guests attending the ceremony. The parking lot entrance is located on Hermitage Avenue, adjacent to the church.
Revel Motor Row unfortunately does not offer onsite parking. There will be limited street parking available outside the venue. We strongly encourage using Rideshare apps like Lyft or Uber to get to the reception.
As you may notice, there is some downtime between the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. During this time, we encourage you to explore the city of Chicago. Some ideas: • Grab a drink at Bucktown Pub located only 1 block from the ceremony • Head to West Loop, which is about halfway between the ceremony and reception. Go to the "Things to Do" part of our website for restaurant and bar recommendations.
We’re so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest. Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.
We love your little ones! However, due to many factors including limited space, we have decided to keep our reception an adult-only event with the exception of our wedding party, as specified on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!
