Theme is TROPICAL GLITTER GLAM
There's a lot of free range on this theme - just have fun, be comfy and wear something tropical, sparkly, colorful, or whatever floats your boat! We will having drinks for all but we recommend having dinner before you head over. Shuttles will be provided. There will be 3 shuttles running between Las Gaviotas and Vista Hermosa to the venue starting at 6:30pm. They will start returning to the hotels around 10pm but they will be on standby at the venue so if you would like to leave beforehand, you will be able to leave early.

Morning Yoga Sweat Sesh

Michelle Deignan is going to be leading a 45 min yoga sculpt/flow fusion. We will try to bring down extra towels but can't guarantee we will have enough so bring a towel if you'd like to join! No shuttles will be provided.

One large bus will be picking up all of the guests staying at Las Gaviotas. This shuttle will depart Las Gaviotas at 3:15pm. Multiple smaller shuttles will be making trips from Vista Hermosa. Since it has to make multiple trips, the hotel manager asked that guests be ready by 3pm to head over. If you are in one of the earlier groups we will have some beverages for you to enjoy while you wait at the venue. Or if you are waiting at Vista Hermosa, you can grab a drink at the bar or bring some drinks down to the pool area!

Join us for a dinner and drinks to prepare for the night ahead. Then the moment we all wait for - ladies ditch the heels, men ditch the jackets and get ready to break it down on the dance floor with us! The big bus will take guests home at midnight. It will probably take the Vista Hermosa guests home first because that is close and then come back for the Gaviotas crew. If you would like to leave earlier, ask any staff member to help you call a taxi and they can make sure that the reliable and safe taxi service that they use will help you get home. We recommend bringing cash for the taxi if you think you will be going home early.
