You have the option to either move your car or to walk to the reception area from the ceremony. We recommend not to wear super high stilettos or very pointed heels as you will be walking through grassy area and gravel. Florida weather is unpredictable but inside the venue it is nice and cool we recommend a shawl or light jacket indoors.

While the wedding party is taking pictures please enjoy and indulge in some finger foods and admire the beautiful reception area. There are some fun games spread around for everyone to enjoy. There is also a small kids table equipped with some fun kid activies. (We ask everyone to please not move seats and to stick with the seating chart until after dinner. After dinner we encourage everyone to mingle and be out on the dance floor or enjoy some games.

Our wedding dinner will be buffet style. We will be offering some traditional Puerto Rican food and Southern Classics. A full Menu breakdown will be included with the wedding invitation and be posted as well at the reception dinner. Please reach out to the bride or groom and let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will do our best to accommodate.

Amandas eldest sister and her rock. Shannon played a big role in Amanda’s life as her big sister and also one of her biggest cheerleaders Shannon is Amanda’s partner in crime at games night (when they get along and game boards aren’t flying around). She keeps the peace in the family, and Amanda couldn’t be more grateful to have her sister by her side in her big day.

Montell has been best friends with Stephen since the 2nd grade. He is someone who you can count on no matter what, rain, snow, or sunlight he will always be there to lend a helping hand and do it with a smile and his infectious laughter. Stephen is beyond blessed to have him be apart of such a big day! It completes a full circle for the duo as Stephen was also Montell’s best man.

Alexis is a long time friend of Stephen and dear friend to Amanda. F Having met only last year, Amanda and Alexis have made a magical friendship. Sharing the nickname Panda isn’t the only thing both girls shared as they both shared a job working together at Fresh Market. Being one of the best people to share a laugh with and have the best conversations with Amanda truly is thankful for Alexis and is happy to have her apart of her a bridal party.

Stephens 2nd Best Man is James, someone he has known for most of their lives, he is neighbor that became a brother. Someone who may be in another country randomly but will still show up. And ladies he’s single and gents he’s still single if you are into that. Beyond blessed that he can be there to join the couple on their big day

Amanda’s lil sis and one of her pride and joys. Having only been her big sister for 6 years it has been one of the greatest blessings and journey in Amanda’s life and now Stephen’s as he steps in as another brother for her. Addie is kindhearted and a big animal lover. She is also a member of her high school NJROTC.

Stephen’s second older brother who you may even mistake him as Stephen’s twin. Tyrell is father in his own right to beautiful children, one of whom is also a flower girl for the big day. Tyrell is a hard worker whom Stephen is proud to call blood and Mandie is blessed to gain him as a brother. Stephen is honored that he can be with him on this day we know their dad is watching down on them proud of his sons coming together for this blessed day.

Mary is a family friend of Amanda. She’s a mother to four beautiful children Nolan, Max, Mila, and Aubrey. Mary is one of the most kind and head strong woman that Amanda knows. She knows how to have a good time and celebrate all of life’s moments. She is someone Amanda would say who helped her find her way and her worth. Amanda is super excited and blessed to have Mary join her for her big day.

One of Stephen’s younger brothers named after their late father, and a father in his own right to a beautiful son. Craig is a man of few words but cares deeply for his brother and family. Stephen is blessed to have him as his younger brother. Mandie is blessed to gain him as a brother. Stephen is truly happy to have his little brother on his side for his big day.

Lorenzo is the first of the gamer group to meet Mandie and Stephen in person. He is a friend whom Stephen also met through video games and who Mandie bonded with quickly as they all gamed together. Lorenzo is the type of guy who drops anything for his friends and fly downs for a good time and to be the life of the party. A hard worker and a jokester the bride and groom are honored to have him join them for their big day. And ladies he’s single and men he’s still single.

During the time of COVID Stephen turned to video games to occupy his time, it was through there were he connected with Stefan, the first one to bring him into the gamer group. Only knowing him for a few years, Stefan is one of the kindest and one of the most genuine man you could know. Stephen is proud to call him a bonus brother... and ladies he’s single and Gents once again still single. Stephen is blessed that he is able to join the couple on their big day
Jay Dejesus

Another friend of the gamer group. Stephen fondly looks back on all their late night game sessions and growing closer with Jay through time. A man of few words ( and few texts responses) Jay has a kind heart and a good soul. Stephen is blessed to have him be apart of the big day.

Can I bring a plus one/date?
Answer
Unfortunately our chapel has a limited capacity due to that we can only accommodate those named on the invitation.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 3pm. Please arrive no earlier than 2pm and be seated no later than 2:30pm to ensure you are seated in good time. Wedding party will start to line up outside the chapel at 2:40pm no one may enter after 2:40pm. Bathrooms are located to the back of the chapel.

Are children welcome?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. For those of you that will be bringing children we are offering a children’s table that will have some fun children’s activities! We do ask you to watch all children closely.

What should I wear?
Answer
We encourage our guest to wear their best! Please however refrains from wearing the colors Burgundy/Navy as that is reserved for our wedding party. Please refrain wearing any white or any shades close to white!

Can I take pictures during the wedding?
Answer
We will be having an unplugged ceremony, we wish for all our loved ones to be in the moment with us. We asked that all phones be silenced and put away. Our photographer will be doing a fantastic job of capturing all the best photos during our ceremony, and we will gladly share those with you.. once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you wish and don’t forget to share with us!

When do I need to RSVP?
Answer
To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible.Please RSVP no later than a month before the wedding. Specifically no later than November 7th 2025. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you will be unable to attend.

What do I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you can’t make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “Not Attending” so we can plan accordingly.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We will be offering a select selection of beers and wines and even sparkling cider for our non drinking guests! There will be a drink limit as we want no one to be risking their safety. Please do not bring any liquor on property. The venue has a security guard who has a list of what we are serving and if liquor is seen we will get fined!
