We are closely monitoring the state/city/CDC guidelines and recommendations to ensure the safety of our guests. At the moment, there is a travel restriction that has been developing over the last few weeks between North & South Carolina and Connecticut. Currently, the restriction is not being lawfully enforced and no documentation of a negative test result is being required by our hotels or venue. Guests traveling through airports may be required to provide contact information upon arrival in Connecticut in effort to track any potential spreading. As this order develops/changes, I will post new information! xoxo

What safety measures will be in place in regards to COVID19?

Answer

Great question! First, our entire celebration will be outdoors. The inside area will be accessible to a limited number of guests at a time and will have cocktail tables and seating for anyone wanting to utilize that space! If you go inside, you will be required to wear a mask. Our venue is providing these for everyone so no need to bring your own! Additionally, our catering team has been working directly with the CDC and the CT Board of Health to ensure that our guests will be protected to the best of their ability. This includes (but in no way limited to) all food and drinks being passed. Additionally, Sean & I, along with several others, will obtain a rapid COVID19 test once we arrive in CT. We understand that everyone's situation is different and we fully expect each one of our guests to do what they need to in order to protect themselves and their loved ones. If you cannot be present for our celebration, know that you will be missed but that we understand & respect your decision!

Is there parking for the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes! On site parking is available at the venue. You may leave your vehicles overnight however they must be picked up by noon on Sunday, August 2nd.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be available from 4:30 pm - 11:30 pm between The Inn at Middletown and the wedding venue.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have so that we can make sure our catering team is aware. Also, prior to dinner service, a member of the catering team will visit your table to confirm any and all of your dietary needs.
