Meet at the Noosa Harbour Resort at 7:30am to get transport out to the course. For the guys – kick off the celebrations with a relaxed morning on the course before the big day! Whether you're here to play or just for the banter, it’s all about enjoying good company and starting the weekend off right. If you’re keen to hit the fairways, it’s $85 AUD per person, covering course fees (18 holes) and a buggy. Club hire isn’t included, so please bring your own if you can, as rentals are limited. Otherwise, feel free to just come along, soak up the atmosphere, and watch some (questionable) golf. Either way, it’ll be a great start to the festivities!

For the gals – Please meet at the Q Place jetty/Ricky's jetty at 9:55am to set sail at 10. Feel free to grab a coffee or a treat from Noosa Nosherie beforehand – or just come naturally caffeinated and ready for a good time! We’re swapping the traditional bridal shower for something a little more memorable! Set sail on the Noosa Stillwater for a laid-back morning filled with laughter, stunning views, and delicious nibbles. In lieu of gifts for the bride, we’re asking for $65 AUD per person (cash or bank transfer), which covers the cruise and some sweet and savoury treats to keep your tummies full. It’s the perfect way to unwind, celebrate, and kick off the weekend in style while toasting to the bride!

Attire: Formal- Long dresses and suits or tuxes are the way to go. Ladies: while your fabulous heels are welcome, do keep in mind there will be a fair bit of walking—and yes, some stepping on and off boats. Choose your footwear wisely to keep things steady and comfy! Also, it might get a little cool, so consider bringing a jacket or wrap—because "shivering in style" is not as fun as it sounds!

Here’s what you can look forward to: 1:40pm- Noosa Harbour Guests Only: bus departs 2:00 PM – Arrive at Hidden Grove for the ceremony (whether you take an Uber, taxi, Noosa Ferry, or enjoy a scenic walk, just remember—the ferry will be your ride to the reception, so leave the car behind!) 3:50 PM – Take a short stroll to Noosa Woods Jetty to board the Noosa Ferry for cocktail hour 4:00 PM – Ferry departs for a one-hour cruise with drinks and nibbles 5:00 PM – Arrive at Noosa Boathouse (194 Gympie Terrace), for the reception Expect a sit-down dinner, endless drinks, dancing until your feet can’t take it, and enough cake to make your sweet tooth do a happy dance. 11:45 PM - Bus departs to whisk you back to your accommodation We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
12:30 pm - 5:00 pm
Join us from 12:30pm for a super relaxed afternoon by the Noosa River to round out the weekend. Think comfy clothes, good food, a chance to take a dip, and some laid-back time with lovely people. We'll have BBQ, salads, snacks, drinks, paddleboards, and (hopefully) sunshine. Bring your bathers if you're up for a swim, and come ready to lounge, laugh, and enjoy the final moments of the celebration. Food will be served from 1:30pm, but feel free to come and go whenever—it’s all very casual, no need to stick to a schedule. We’ll wrap things up around sunset, leaving you free to head off and enjoy one of Noosa’s many delicious restaurants—or simply settle in for a cosy night in.
