Where is the wedding?

Answer

Upstate NY at Blenheim Hill Farms. It’s a historic Catskills “living farm” dating back to the 1700s. Nestled on over 300 acres of gently rolling pastures and lakes, it also boasts heritage livestock and charming vintage barns. The food for the reception is grown right on the property and cooked in the farm’s kitchen for a true farm-to-table experience.

Will I have service?

Answer

Service will definitely be spotty en route to the destination, so please plan accordingly. At the venue AT&T and Verizon should have service.

Are children invited?

Answer

As much as we LOVE children (owning a daycare, it’s in our blood), the bride’s family is looking forward to an adult only party. We ask that you keep children under the age of 12 at home. The bride’s young nephews will be there as they hold a very special place in her heart. The wedding venue has provided contact information for a licensed child care provider in the area. What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire: a balance between formal, casual, elegant and comfortable. There are stone walkways throughout the grass so solid heels should be doable. The wedding will be held outside and in a barn. Cowboy boots and bare feet are also welcomed!

Is the event inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting- the ceremony and cocktail hour are outside. The reception is inside.

What is the rehearsal dinner dress code?

Answer

Casual. Meaning dress pants and shirts, skirts and summer sun dresses.
