Mass transit!! One of a few cities in the continental united states where this is even remotely close to a feasible option! For you international guests, this is a big deal for us. We’re talking trains, we're talking bigger trains, we’re talking walking between lines at a station, and we’re talking bus routes. Trusty google maps is your best bet for routes & trains, but cost will range from ~$4-$11 and will take ~1hr 40min.

Simplest: 12min via Lyft/Uber/car. Cheapest: The 61 bus ($1.70 and 20min ride) which picks up right by the hotel & drops off very close to the venue.
