When and how do I RSVP?

Please RSVP in the next section of the website as soon as possible but no later than May 3rd, 2025.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the venue by 3:45 pm in order to find your seat in time for the 4:00 pm ceremony.

Will the events take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather dependent, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. The reception will be inside with the option to enjoy outdoor patio and seating options if you would like. The main walkway is paved, but you may want to explore the beautiful venue. If so, plan your footwear accordingly - you may want to leave the stilettos at home.

All of the celebrating will take place at the same venue.

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

The ceremony will be held from 4:00 pm - 4:30 pm, followed by cocktail hour from 4:45 pm - 5:45 pm. Then dust of your dancing shoes for the reception to include dinner and celebrating from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm.

What does semi-formal mean?

Answer

Semi-formal attire falls somewhere between casual attire and formal attire. You don't need to show up in an evening gown or tuxedo, but no shorts or jeans please.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot with ample parking.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar with beer, wine, and featured cocktails. Please bring cash for tips!

Will there be food during cocktail hour?

Cheers! There will be a few light bites in addition to drinks.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, the only children in attendance will be those in the bridal party.
