Please make sure to RSVP by May 27th, 2022.
Our venue is at 7,300 ft. We suggest guests who are visiting from lower altitudes to drink a lot of water. Be aware that consuming alcohol can also affect you differently at higher altitudes.
Our dress code is Black-Tie Optional so tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. The ceremony space will be mostly grass so please choose your shoes accordingly.
Summer in Colorado is unpredictable. We're hoping for one of Colorado's famously sunny days, but do have a back up plan in the case of an unplanned thunderstorm.
There will be parking available onsite and there will be signage at the venue to direct you to the right location. We will also be providing transportation from Colorado Springs Marriott (block hotel) to the venue.
Uber/Lyft are extremely limited in the area. The venue will have onsite parking available, and we will be providing roundtrip transportation from the Marriott Tech Center in Colorado Springs.
While the ceremony will start at 5pm, we recommend arriving by 4:30pm to allow yourself time to park and locate the ceremony space.
The ceremony will take place outside. The reception will be inside with plenty of access to outdoor space.
Please make sure to include your dietary restrictions in your event RSVP so we can share that information with our caterer. There will also be food signage present to clearly note any allergens.
Unfortunately, this will be an adults only event. We look forward to celebrating with your little ones at another time.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
We will be adhering to the state of Colorado and Spruce Mountain Events COVID-19 guidelines for our wedding.
