We first met when Michael tagged along to a happy hour event after work. Amanda had come down to meet up with a friend from high school and they spent the whole night laughing and talking. The connection was instantaneous, and by the end of the night Michael had invited Amanda to a football party the following evening. After a 2am run to iHop for pancakes, Michael finally sealed the deal and asked her on their first date. The following night they closed down the Burrowing Owl enjoying each others company and the rest is history.
