Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 1:00p at Our Lady of Fatima Parish. We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would like an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that guests restrict phone usage during the ceremony and be fully present with us in the moment. We have hired videographers and photographers to capture our special day. It is important to the couple to have our guests faces, and not phones, in our photos.

Can I bring my kids? What about a Plus-One?

Answer

We are having an adult only reception. We are only able to extend an invitation to the guests listed on the invitation. We hope you understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day!

What is a Pittsburgh / Youngstown / Italian Cookie Table and how can I contribute?

Answer

An Italian cookie table is a wedding tradition held by the Western PA and Northeastern OH areas which includes Pittsburgh and Youngstown. When it began, guests were served a variety of cookies in lieu of wedding cake. The beloved tradition has continued throughout the years but has evolved into having cookies AND cake! If you would like to contribute to our cookie table, please reach out to Amanda, Linda, or Kimberly directly! We ask that all cookies are nut free.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

We are accepting RSVPs via our online website or through the mail, whichever is easiest for you. The link can be found under the RSVP tab at the top of this page, or by scanning the QR code on the invitation. You do not need to RSVP in both ways.

The hotel reservation link is not working for me. What do I do?

Answer

If you have opened it multiple times on your device, sometimes you will receive an error message. If this has happened to you, clear your browsing data (including cache if on Google Chrome or search history if on Safari), then try again!

Is there parking available at your venues?

Answer

Yes. At Our Lady of Fatima Parish, there is a small lot behind the church to park in. Street parking is also free and allowed. Please do not park in the gas station across the street. At Waypoint 4180, there is parking in the front of the venue and additional parking in front of the Courtyard Marriott.

What is the best airport to use?

Answer

There are three airports in our area that are all very similar in distance to our reception venue and hotel. Descriptions of each are listed in the "Travel" section of this website.

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire for our event is Semi-Formal: Suits, cocktail dresses, and dressy separates are preferred. We would love lighter colors for our summer wedding!

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Our venue is able to accommodate for dietary restrictions and allergies. Please notify Mark or Amanda with your specific dietary needs and we will ensure the venue is aware!
