How and when should I RSVP?

Answer

Kindly RSVP whether you can attend or not on our site under the "RSVP" page no later than April 1st, 2027. This gives plenty of time to give accurate headcount to our venue, caterers and vendors. There are multiple events that need your response, please make sure you respond to all events you can and cannot make it to!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear formal attire! This includes suit and ties, gowns to formal dresses. Please no white or ivory!

What time should I arrive to the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4 pm so we kindly ask that you arrive no later than 3:30 pm on Saturday May 22nd to find your seat!

Where is the ceremony, cocktail hour and main event?

Answer

Our ceremony will be on Manor Lawn right outside the hotel lobby looking over The Choptank River. Following that will be the cocktail hour, located on the floating pier called Breakwater Pavillion. Then please join us for dinner and dancing in the Chesapeake Ballroom! There will be walking to each event. Due to this please expect pebble walkways, a metal boat ramp and brick. It is your choice to wear whatever shoes are comfortable or fashionable! **We want all of our guests to feel comfortable celebrating with us. If you have any mobility concerns or need assistance accessing any of the events, please reach out to us ahead of time so we can make arrangements.**

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, unless your children are listed on your invitation and when you RSVP, this is an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
