From the first keg, Brad and I knew we would be friends. We met after graduating from Tech, lived together for a few years, and had a blast the whole time. I saw him get married, have kids, and though life has us in different locations, we remain good friends.

While nursing school gave me a career...the most important thing it gave me was Amy. She is the kind of friend every girl deserves to have. She's loyal, trustworthy, and always knows just when to send those "just checking on you" texts. Fair warning, she's also the first one to mention shots!

My brother-in-law, who I have known since elementary school. Brett is always there, whether it is playing golf, going fishing, or anything else I may need. I'm lucky Becky married someone like him.

Jamie and I bonded the way two people should...in a car, jamming to Reba McEntire. We're both fluent in sarcasm and always up for a karaoke session. Jamie's got a heart of gold and a voice to match. She's the girl you want in your corner and I'm so thankful she's in mine.

Anyone who knows Mac would tell you how much fun it is to be his friend. Whether it's flying down a mountain in Colorado or hitting the river with a pole in hand, I'm always in for a good time with Reagan. We've been friends many years, with a lot of crawfish and beers along the way.

Carter was one of my first friends in Lubbock. We'll leave the story of how we met for another time...but let's just say she has had me laughing ever since. She can make even the most mundane of things an adventure and is just a joy to be around. So blessed to call her a friend and to have reconnected with her in the last few years.

My cousin Shawn is like a brother I never had. Some of my earliest memories were finding trouble with him, and since he was oldest he always got blamed! While trouble is less frequent nowadays, we still share that brotherhood.
