Hotel Blocks and Shuttles

We have booked blocks of rooms at two hotels, Embassy Suites and Hampton Inn, both Hilton Hotels. They both are right next to each other and you actually can walk from one to the other through the parking lots. The lobby at the Embassy is larger and there is a bar, so guests from both hotels can gather there, which is what the managers said often happens. Both hotels do have complimentary shuttles and include breakfast in the morning. The Hampton, however, will offer shuttles to both the church and venue, while the Embassy will offer two shuttles to and from the venue only. We feel you can't go wrong with either choice and can earn/use Hilton Honor points! Please register by MAY 7, to ensure that the room and rate are available. Our block of rooms is nearly filled at the Embassy, but many are still available at the Hampton. Thank you.

Embassy Suites is only three years old and most of their rooms are suites or actually two separate rooms- living room and bedroom. They have a king bed as well as a sofa sleeper, so can sleep four people.($117 nt.) They have an extensive breakfast with many hot items,including omelets. In addition, there is a complimentary social hour each night from 5:30-7:30 with beer, wine, and snacks. The Embassy Suites has a bar where everyone can gather and will be running shuttles to and from the venue.

Hampton Inn has regular hotel rooms with either a king bed( $99 nt.) or two queens ($104 nt.) and either a big chair or sofa. It is an older hotel but was totally renovated in 2018 and is the only hotel in Naperville with an outdoor pool. Their breakfast has over 29 options, including an egg, protein, starch and make your own waffle. They also have fresh cookies at the front desk!
