1. RSVP on our wedding website BEFORE September 30, 2019 (since the rooms, arrangements, and villas at Baroncino will be secured based on the number of guests who officially RSVP by the deadline mentioned above)

2. Obtain your U.S. Passport (ONLY Version authorized: Book)

3. Book flight tickets (Cheaper if you fly into Florence, Italy)

4. Transportation from airport to/from Villa Baroncino will be provided if you Arrive and Depart into the following airports (Perugia, Florence, Pisa, Roma Fiumicino, or Roma Ciampino)

5. Depart from U.S.A: March 30, 2020 (to arrive on your expected check-in date)

6. Depart Italy: April 4, 2020; unless you planned other adventures before/after the wedding week

7. Four Day stay at Villa Baroncino will be provided to guests at NO COST by Bride & Groom

8. Check out from Villa Baroncino is April 4th
