DEADLINE for RSVP is crucial to us since our booking of room numbers will be locked in and no modifications would be allowed for us by Villa Baroncino. Also a few personalized items for each guest will be made to order specifically with each guest’s name; customized. These 2 big factors are the only reason we need everyone to meet our RSVP deadline (September 30). So we can determine the official number of guests that will be accommodated in Villa Baroncino; room placement/assigning for our guest, as well as the customized/personalized items Jeromie and I have in store for each guest.
