A room block is provided for guests to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Poughkeepsie, about a 6 minute drive from the venue. The hotel provides a complimentary indoor parking garage for guests. A shuttle will be provided to transport guests from the hotel to the venue and back. We would love for our guests join us in staying at the DoubleTree! Following the reception, we will host a late night gathering at the hotel bar. We encourage our guests to change into cozy clothes and grab a night cap with us!

Metro North
If traveling via public transportation from New York City, we recommend taking the Metro North Train from Grand Central to Poughkeepsie on the hudson line. It is a 12 minute walk to from the train station to the hotel.
Flight
Recommended Airport
If your journey include air travel, we recommend flying into LaGuardia or JFK Airport. From there, you can take the Metro North train from Grand Central to Poughkeepsie.
