The Incline Lodge

Please join us at the Incline Lodge, Incline Village's first luxury boutique hotel! The newly renovated lodge offers a sophisticated, modern mountain style with custom design finishes inspired by the Tahoe lifestyle. The lodge is the perfect mix of luxury and cozy - centrally located near trails, beaches, casinos and restaurants. Just a few minutes from the venue. Our vision is to have our wedding guests spend their weekend here with us, where we will provide transportation to and from the wedding venue. We also hope to host a series of activities here including an after party celebration and goodbye send off. Staying here means you'll be in the heart of the festivities! No driving needed! Please know that Incline Village can be challenging to call an Uber so we encourage you to opt into our transportation accommodations. We have reserved a limited number of rooms at a discounted rate. We encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible to make sure you secure one of the lodge's 38 total rooms. Please follow the link to make your reservation. More Details: CUT OFF DATE: 6/10/26 Payment Schedule: A full, non-refundable payment will be charged forty-five (45) days prior to the Event Date: July 6, 2026 at 3pm PST The welcome celebration is on Thursday and our big day is on Friday, but please feel free to extend your stay through the rest of the weekend and enjoy the beautiful Lake Tahoe. Flight

Reno-Tahoe International Airport

For guests flying in, Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is the closest option, approximately an hour from Incline Village. From there, we recommend renting a car or arranging transportation.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the Incline Lodge to The Chateau

August 21, 2026 3:00 pm - 10:30 pm

A complimentary shuttle will be available to transport guests from the Incline Lodge to the wedding venue and back. If you plan to stay at the Hyatt and are interested in the shuttle, please let the bride & groom know so we can potentially add a stop to the route.
