Both the ceremony and reception are at The Chateau on The Championship Golf Course in Incline Village, NV. Once the ceremony is over, please head to the patio for cocktail hour and the reception to follow.
The ceremony starts at promptly 4pm, we kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:30pm to enjoy a glass of bubbly and find their seat prior to the ceremony.
Our dress code is formal cocktail attire. Think elevated and polished - midi or maxi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and suits or jackets for men are perfect. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on a golf course in the summer, so we recommend breathable fabrics and appropriate footwear for grass. We encourage guests to embrace a summery, elegant look, and invite you to dress up - tuxedos and gowns are welcome! We can't wait to see everyone dressed up with us for a beautiful evening.

Plus ones will be indicated on your invitation. If your invitation does not include a plus one, we are keeping our celebration intimate and intentional. We're so excited to celebrate with you!
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you'll enjoy an evening out celebrating with us! Thank you for understanding.
Yes! While the venue is only a few minutes from our hotel room block at the Incline Lodge, rideshares and taxis can be very limited in the area, we will have a shuttle running to and from the hotel block for your convenience. We will also be hosting an open bar! Please have fun and enjoy responsibly - plan for safe transportation.
We kindly ask guests to keep phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present with us.
Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions that prohibit you from enjoying the two meal options we selected. We can offer a Chef’s choice vegan/vegetarian option to accommodate all restrictions if requested.
