Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area straddles a stretch of the Delaware River. This beautiful area is an eight-minute drive from our wedding venue! It encompasses forested mountains, grassy beaches, and the Delaware Water Gap, which slices through the Kittatinny Ridge. Miles of trails include a section of the Appalachian National Scenic Trail. Dingmans Creek Trail leads through a hemlock ravine to towering Dingmans Falls. Hike through this park if you have time on Friday or Sunday.
This past New Year's Eve, Amanda and Francis went to Blue Ridge Estate Vineyard & Winery with Amanda’s parents. It is a 24-minute drive from our wedding venue! Amanda and her mom love the white wine called “Inspiration” at this winery. Try their delicious wood-fired pizza! Have a glass and a slice if you have time on Friday or Sunday.

They even have options for guided river trips. Going here is a great way to cool off in July, and this spot is only a seven-minute drive from our wedding venue.
If you have time on Friday or Sunday afternoon, this spot is a unique location to check out. Amanda and Francis have been camping at Hickory Run State Park with Amanda’s family. The park has a breathtaking boulder field that you have to see! This spot is a 42-minute drive from our wedding venue!
