We’re so excited to celebrate with you!

Amanda and Francis met each other on a cruise through the Adriatic Sea! They met on the last night of the cruise as the boat sailed back to Venice. Francis was on the cruise for his best friend's wedding in Greece, and Amanda was on the cruise with her family. The Meadow's trip was a gift from Amanda's grandma, Barbara Meadows. When Francis and Amanda met, they realized they had a lot in common. Francis lived in Harrison, New Jersey when they met, and Amanda planned to move to NYC to attend The King's College. Who would have thought that two people on a Norwegian cruise ship would happen to live 30 minutes away from each other on the train! Well, the rest is history. Two cruise lovers are so excited to tie the knot!

Francis and Amanda are planning on starting their married life in the beautiful city of Austin, Texas. Amanda and Francis planned a trip to Austin in the summer of 2021 so that Francis could start his new job, Amanda could meet some people from her internship, and the happy couple could explore the city. On August 1st, 2021, Francis proposed outside the first apartment that Amanda and Francis will be living in once they get married. Amanda was taking a picture of the apartment number, and when she turned around, Francis was down on one knee! He had a tear-jerking and heartfelt letter prepared to share, and Amanda was thrilled to say YES to marrying Francis. Following Fran's proposal, Amanda's parents flew to Austin to celebrate this joyous time.
