Yes, the dress code for our wedding is Formal. We ask that gentlemen wear a tuxedo or suit and tie, and ladies wear an evening gown or midi or knee-length cocktail dress. We kindly request that you do not wear jeans, athletic wear, or any white dresses.
No — We love your little ones, but respectfully request that no children under the age of 16 attend the reception. Children who are in our wedding party will attend our ceremony, but we look forward to an adult-only reception where all of our guests, including parents, can unwind and celebrate.

We recognize and appreciate that many of our guests will be traveling to celebrate our special day with us. Although our wedding ceremony and reception will occur on Saturday, September 20th, we highly encourage our guests to arrive at our host hotel on Friday, September 19th to attend our welcome celebration. Also note that check-in at the host hotel is at 4:00 p.m. We highly recommend that any guests arriving on Saturday morning book their rooms from the night before so that they can access their rooms upon arrival.
Yes! For our guests' convenience, we have arranged transportation from our host hotel to our wedding venue. Shuttles will depart from the hotel prior to the ceremony and will also be available to return guests after the reception. Exact pickup times will be shared closer to our wedding—please check back here or refer to your welcome materials at check-in.
We will need to give our final headcount to our venue and vendors ahead of time, so we kindly ask that you RSVP only if you are confident you’ll be able to join us. If you're unsure at the time you receive your invitation, no worries — just wait to RSVP until you are certain (by the August 1 deadline). Yes, our wedding ceremony and reception will occur in one location, conveniently located less than 20 minutes from our host hotel. We are arranging guest transportation from the host hotel to and from the wedding venue. We will provide further details after reviewing RSVPs and room block headcounts.
