Manatee Viewing Center
The Manatee Viewing Center is a must-see for Manatee lovers! The viewing center is a manatee conservation run by Tampa Electric. We went there last winter and had a great time!
Sunken Gardens
This botancial garden was a sinkhole around 100 years ago. It's now a beautiful space filled with vibrant flowers and plants. We visited Sunken Gardens last year (after stopping at Mazzaro's Italian Market for some delicious sandwiches).
Chihuly Collection
The famous glass-blown art by Chihuly is so incredible to see in person! We visited the collection last winter. Before we walked through the collection we saw a glass-blowing demonstration just around the corner from the Morean Arts Center which houses the Chihuly Collection. It's amazing work!
Robinson Preserve
This nature preserve has a variety of paths to walk, run, and bike with look-out towers located throughout. One of it's paths leads to Tampa Bay which offers a beautiful sand beach and views.
