Here are some of our favorite things to do in the area. Our hope is that you can make a mini vacation out of the weekend :)

Mount Rainier National Park

Mount Erie

Anacortes, WA 98221

This is less than an hour from Arlington, and is the first view of the beauty of Washington that I had. I was in awe of how beautiful this state is. I had never seen anything like it. Dan brought me to the Mount Eerie Lookout the first time I came to Washington on Thanksgiving Day 2019. Definitely worth the drive!

Deception Pass

WA

This is less than an hour from Arlington. Driving on the Deception Pass Bridge is definitely worth the drive. This bridge has a lot of history to it. It is between Whidbey Island and the Fidalgo Islands. Deception Pass got its name from Captain George Vancouver because he felt deceived by the width of the waterway.
