What type of heels should I wear?

Answer

Since we will be on grass and stone for the ceremony and cocktail hour, we recommend a block heel!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for 2:45! Guests will need to be taken up the mountain prior to the ceremony start time. Each round trip for the wagon will take about 10 minutes. The venue will not be able to take anymore guests up to the ceremony after around 3:15! Unfortunately, late guests will need to wait down the mountain for the cocktail hour to begin.

Are children welcome?

No. While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only (18+) celebration.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally listed on your invitation/the names listed within the RSVP page. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is parking for all of our guests!

Please RSVP by April 28th!

When do I have until to book for hotel room blocks?

Answer

Hotel Room Blocks will be open until April 21st, if it does not get filled by our guests beforehand. Please note, there will also be a couple having a wedding at the hotel on the premises that weekend! Please make sure you are booking for the Tortora/Dalessio room block!

Is everything in one location?

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be on the premises of The Venue at Carley Brook!
