Shuttle Pick Up for Hotel Anthracite

Please be ready before 2:00 in Hotel Anthracite Lobby. Shuttle to leave promptly for 2:00. Please RSVP if using our shuttle.

Guest to Arrive at the Venue at Carley Brooke

Wagon transportation to the hilltop chapel will be running in staggered trips beginning one hour prior to the ceremony. Please allow ample time to arrive and board before the ceremony begins. We will not be able to accommodate any late guests to go up to the ceremony once the bridal party is set to go! The ceremony will be on grass, so guests may prefer to wear a block heel.

Guests will be transported down the mountain to the cocktail hour.

Grand Exit and Shuttle to Pick up Guests

Shuttle will pick up guests going to Hotel Anthracite. Please RSVP if you will be using the shuttle to return back to the hotel. Reception concludes at 9:45 PM.
