A Note on Gifts
In Cambodian culture, wedding gifts are traditionally given as cash in special envelopes, often referred to as Sbai Kong. This is a meaningful way to offer blessings and support as the couple begins their life together.
Cash gifts are customary and appreciated, as they help with wedding expenses and our next chapter. Envelopes are typically placed in a designated gift box upon arrival. Some family members may also quietly keep record as part of a long-standing tradition of reciprocity.
We share this simply as cultural context — your love, presence, and celebration with us mean the most.
