FAQs

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To keep our wedding day intimate and meaningful, we’re keeping our guest list intentionally small. We’re only able to extend plus ones to guests whose partners we both know and have had the chance to spend time with. If your significant other hasn’t met both of us yet, we hope you understand that we won’t be able to include them this time. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate together!

Question

What is the parking situation?

Answer

We’ll have designated VIP parking available for close family and loved ones who may need close access. For all other guests, there are two large parking lots on-site, and a golf cart shuttle will be available to comfortably transport you up to the venue.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, aside from the children participating in the ceremony, we’re keeping this an adults-focused celebration and are only able to accommodate guests ages 10 and up. We hope this allows everyone—including parents—to relax and fully enjoy the evening.

Question

Do we have to travel to a different location for the reception?

Answer

Nope! Everything will take place in one location—our ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue for a seamless and relaxed experience.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5pm, but please arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

Will there be accommodations for dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have any serious dietary restrictions. We’ll do our best to accommodate and make sure everyone can enjoy the meal.

Question

What do I get the newlyweds?

Answer

Your presence is more than enough, and we truly appreciate any gifts. We would especially love contributions toward our honeymoon and future home, but we know some guests prefer giving tangible items as well. We’ve included all options in the registry section of our website.

Question

What's the timeline for the day?

Answer

The celebration will flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, with an optional after party at the bars with the wedding party for anyone who wants to keep the fun going!

Question

What should I expect for the weather?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. We’re hoping for clear skies, and late March is usually on the warmer side—but in case of rain, the venue will have tenting in place.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal to formal (think mid- to full-length spring dresses). The ceremony will take place on a small grass area, while the reception will be on a hard surface—so plan your shoes accordingly!

Question

What are the bar details?

Answer

We’ll have an open bar for guests to enjoy. If you’d like to tip the bartenders, feel free to bring cash.

Question

Is this an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

Yes—please refrain from using phones or taking photos during the ceremony unless otherwise noted by us. We promise to share all the beautiful photos and videos with you afterward!
