Absolutely! The venue owners only ask that they are with an adult at all times and avoid areas that are not well lit. This venue is on a bluff. Unsupervised children approaching the bluff can be at risk for falling off the bluff or electrocution.
Absolutely. We just ask that you drink responsibly. To reiterate, the venue is on a BLUFF. To get to those heights, there are many curvy roads and deer are very common.
No worries! The venue has a backup plan that is covered if this occurs.
The attire is cocktail. Dress nice but not too formal. A nice dress or fancy skirt and top will work. No jeans. No white or red colors. Wear whatever makes you comfy in your favorite dressy shoes
Arrive at least 15 to 20 minutes early to find jersey and settle in before the ceremony begins.
If your invitation includes a “+1” or lists your guests name, you may bring a plus-one. Otherwise, it’s just for you.
Gifts are customary, but not required. If there’s a registry, choosing from it is easiest. Cash or gift cards are also common. Upon arriving, there will be a gift table with a QR code displayed, which will allow you to donate to the honeymoon fund if that is what you would like to do instead.
It is customary to send a gift or card, even if you can’t make it.
Yes, we absolutely understand if you have to leave early for whatever reason. However, we at least ask you try to stay through the three main events (the ceremony, dinner, and first dance) before quiently slipping away if needed.
During the actual ceremony, we ask that you follow the “unplugged policy” meaning no photos during the actual ceremony. Afterwords phones will be allowed and photos will be allowed for the rest of the evening.
If you are coming from downtown Chattanooga, expect a 15 to 20 minute traffic delay. Please plan accordingly so you can arrive early for the event and get seated in time.
