Flowy maxi dresses, knee-length cocktail dresses, or stylish jumpsuits are perfect. Pair with chic sandals or heels that can handle a lakeside environment. Abe is not exactly sure what any of this means but he thinks it reads as "look nice, be comfortable, and wear shoes that you won't complain about." For Men: A suit or dress pants with a blazer is ideal. Opt for lighter fabrics or colors to match the relaxed vibe, and feel free to skip the tie if you prefer. Smart loafers or dress shoes will complete your look. Amanda interprets this as "Guys, you don't have to worry about sweating in a wool plaid suit while baking in the August sun."
