Derek and Amanda met when they were 3 years old in Wisconsin. Apparently, Amanda bit Derek so hard at day care that he bled and the moms had to get involved. Luckily, the moms hit it off, and a lifelong friendship was forged. Derek and Amanda have traveled all over the world together, and Derek was the paparazzi friend present for Aaron and Amanda's engagement in Paris! Derek lives in New York City and is a food connoisseur and art enthusiast.

Aaron and Adam met in Denton, Texas. They were first introduced to each other by their parents after Aaron threw his own surprise birthday party at the hospital some 33 years ago.

Aaron and Kyle grew up across the street from each other. Kyle says he first showed Aaron how to tie his shoes - a dubious claim at best, since tying his shoes is still a task Aaron struggles with to this day.

Lauren & Amanda met in Reno Nevada when they were neighbors. Amanda put a sticky note on Lauren's door asking if she wanted to hang out some time. Classic! Lauren now lives in Los Angeles with her husband Steven and baby girl Heidi.

Aaron and Marcus met at Northwest Junior High and, despite an ill-fated fake punt attempt during freshman football one autumn, they have been close friends ever since.

Annie and Amanda met in Reno, Nevada when they both worked for Gannett. Annie now owns her own business (8 years old!) and Amanda and Annie enjoy talking business together. Annie still lives in Reno Nevada with her husband, Mike and dog Max.

Joe is Amanda's brother and friend. Joe and Amanda had an opportunity to bond when Joe moved to Reno Nevada as an adult for a period of time. Joe now lives in Wisconsin with his serious girlfriend Andrea, their cats, and a very active dog named Luna.
