Union Station RTD Service to/from Airport

This train is the easiest way to get to and from Union Station to Downtown Denver. If you are staying at the Oxford Hotel we highly recommend this option, as the train is less than three blocks from the hotel. If you are staying at the other hotel, you could take this train to Union Station and then Uber/Lyft to your hotel, which will be more affordable than from the airport. Considerations & Details: - The train takes about 45-50 minutes to get to/from Union Station - the airport. (So does an Uber/Lyft) - The train costs approximately $9 each way. You purchase your ticket right before you get on the train. (An Uber/Lyft to the airport will be $38-$60 depending on what time of day it is.) - The train does have luggage storage that you can utilize and be within sight of - The train is clean and has security - The train has multiple stops. If you are going to/from Union Station - Airport you will not get off any other stops and it will be extremely clear that you are at the last and final stop, your stop. - Please visit the RTD website for all other information.

This is where we will be having the kickoff party/welcome reception, ceremony and reception. We have limited guest rooms available at this location due to the size of the hotel and limits on guest room blocks. If you would like to book this hotel please do so asap and utilize our code for a discounted room. If you would like to book this hotel and there are no rooms showing available, please text Amanda at 920-427-8048 to see if there are any additional availability not showing online. (Please be 100% committed to booking the hotel before texting Amanda.) The other hotel is within 10 minutes of this hotel and is a very quick Uber/Lyft ride away, or you can walk if the weather permits and you are able.

At the end of the booking process, please ignore the “Additional Charges”; this is an amenity fee that we will be doing away with beginning of June. The last day to book a room in the block is Tuesday September 26. If anyone is looking to book a night outside of the contracted dates, please let me know and I can add the room(s), assuming there is availability. The link is defaulted to arrive on Thursday, October 26th, and depart on Saturday, October 28th. If anyone needs to adjust check in or check out date they will need to click on “change search” to do so. · If anyone would like to arrive earlier or extend their stay (outside the agreement dates), they can reach out to Elise Kaslander (elise.kaslander@monaco-denver.com). · Even though the Guest Amenity Fee/Service Charge is waived it will still populate on the reservation confirmation. The fee will be waived at check in when they collect payment.

We have some general information to ensure you have the very best time in Denver, Colorado. - Rental Car: If you are staying at either of the recommended hotels and are specifically in town for the wedding, you will likely not need a rental car. If you are intending to travel to anywhere outside of the Denver Metro area (to Red Rocks, the mountains) before or after the wedding weekend, you will likely need a rental car.
