Welcome Dinner

7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We will be throwing an informal welcome dinner on Wednesday night at the hotel restaurant, La Cocina, for anyone who will be arriving early. If your room booking reflects a check-in of Wed, 3/30 or earlier, we'll be sending you a Paperless Post. Please let us know if you do not receive this and would like to join the dinner! Attire: Beach Cocktail -For women, think fun cocktail attire! Bright colored dresses, floral prints, maxi dresses, jumpsuits, etc. -For men, anything from suits to linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, etc. No tie or jacket required

Wedding

5:00 pm

Villa la Joya is an exclusive beachfront private residence, and will be an outdoor event for the full duration. In case of rain, there will be tents set up. Ceremony with reception to follow. Attire: Fiesta Formal Think vibrant colors, suits, cocktail dresses, gowns, etc. Keep in mind it will be toasty during the ceremony, but will likely have a nice breeze coming from the ocean during the reception Shuttles will be transporting guests to and from the villa, which is about 30 minutes away from the Grand Hyatt **Please arrive in lobby no later than 3:45pm**

Brunch

10:00 am - 12:00 pm
