Shuttle Service

We are delighted to have you join us for our special day! To make your experience as enjoyable and stress-free as possible, we are pleased to offer shuttle services to and from the wedding venue. They will be leaving from Oak n' Spruce, with additional pick up Inn on the Green.
*** To the Venue: Both shuttles will be leaving promptly at 4pm from Oak n' Spruce Resort. Please be there at least 10 to 15 minutes before departure to ensure a timely arrival of 430 pm to Gedney Farms. Each shuttle can accommodate 50 guest so space will be on a first-come, first served basis. We encourage you to use this complimentary shuttle service for your convenience and safety as this venue is isolated and on a difficult drive, especially if you plan to indulge in the celebration. This way you can relax and enjoy the evening without the hassle of navigating or parking. ***If you are local and not staying at the hotel, you are welcome to use this service as the Oak n' Spruce Resort is providing us use of their over flow parking lot for you to leave your cars and enjoy a chartered ride to our wedding. Please RSVP or let us know if you plan to use the shuttle service by 8.24.24 so we can ensure adequate seating for all our guest.
Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Join us for a heartfelt and intimate exchange of vows in the presence of our closest family and friends. The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), where you can expect to be swept away by the tranquil beauty of the Berkshires. The open fields and well manicured gardens provide a serene setting for our vows with the barn's impressive facade serving as a picturesque backdrop. We kindly ask all guest to arrive by 430pm to the venue, to give yourself enough time to take in the walk to the ceremony. Also please note, in case of rain or snow...it is the Berkshires, the cermony will be moved to the barn. We can't wait to share this moment with all of you, as it marks the beginning of our new life together. Make sure to bring your smiles and good wishes.
Cocktail Hour
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Immediately following the ceremony, we invite you to partake in our cocktail hour, a time for merriment and mingling under the beautiful Berkshire sky. Set outdoors (weather permitting) the cocktail hour will take place among lush greenery to its rustic scenic vista offered by Gendey Farms.
As the sun begins it decent, the area will be softly illuminated with string lights, casting a warm glow that complements the golden hour. Indulge in a selection of handcrafted cocktails make with local spirits and seasonal ingredients, reflective of the regions abundance. Our curated menu includes delightful small bites and hors d'oeuvres, ranging from classic favorites to innovative culinary creation perfect for grazing as you chat and laugh. This hour is not just about enjoying drinks and delightful food, but about celebrating connections, sharing stories, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Reception
6:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Following the cocktail hour, we will transition inside the barn for our reception. The bar interior is know for its high ceiling, rustic wooden beams and elegant chandeliers, offering a cozy yet romantic setting for dining and dancing. With gourmet catering prepared on-site and farm-to-table freshness each meal is crafted to delight. We look forward to celebrating our special day amongst the enchanting landscape of Gedney Farm, reveling in the joy and love that surrounds us.
