We ask that all guests attending be fully vaccinated. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting) but the reception will be indoors. Please contact us directly at rolfamaliawedding@gmali.com if you have questions or concerns.
We (ok, mostly just Amalia) love pictures! We do ask that you be fully present for the ceremony itself and refrain from taking any photographs or using any devices. However, photographs during the cocktail hour and reception are more than welcome and you are welcome to post on social media.
Please know that we adore your children but due to limited venue space we are unable to accommodate children over 2 years old.
Yes! There will be shuttles from the Hilton in Short Pump to Fairview Farm and back at the end of the reception. We highly encourage everyone to utilize the shuttles even if you are staying elsewhere in Short Pump. Our venue is far out in the country and rideshares may be unreliable.
If you do decide to drive yourself there is plenty of parking at the venue. Please be aware that Fairview Farms is very much off the beaten path and you will need to drive on dark windy country roads if you plan to drive yourself. Please drink responsibly. We highly recommend taking the shuttle so you can enjoy the reception to the fullest!
Yes, please see several of our hotel recommendations on the Travel page. The shuttle will be departing and returning to the Hilton in Short Pump but you are also welcome to take the shuttle and stay at another close-by hotel in Short Pump of your choosing.
Absolutely and please do! When you go to RSVP you will have an opportunity to write out any dietary restrictions. Please be specific and let us know which guests on your invitation have dietary restrictions so we can best meet your needs.
