Alyx and Travis met through Bumble in November 2017. Alyx's opening line- "Definitely into being the mother figure for your son" (Theo of course)! Their first date was at Condado in Downtown Pittsburgh where they bonded over queso and margaritas. They became "official" on December 4th, 2017 on a walk home from Murray Avenue Grille in Squirrel Hill.

The next year and a half was full of adventures including trips to Washington DC, Colorado, New York, and Florida. Travis proposed on May 25th, 2019 in Lancaster, PA at the Lancaster Arts Hotel. Alyx and Travis decided to get married in Duck, North Carolina so that the event can be a vacation for everyone... plus who doesn't love the beach? We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in the Outer Banks!
