We are requesting cocktail dress atire; we want this to be an excuse for everyone to dress up and have a fun night! We suggest cocktail dresses (any length) and suits (tie & jacket optional). Please have fun and dress colorfully! However, in mind of sustainability, please do not feel the need to buy something new to fit the dress code.
Yes! We do encourage people to carpool if possible in mind of sustainability :) Drive to the sign that says "Zephyr Lodge". This is the primary parking lot. The lot with the sign "Zephyr Parking" is the secondary lot. There is a long, downhill walk from the secondary parking lot. If you have mobility concerns, please park in the primary lot.
For those with concerns about walking on uneven ground, those requiring assistance, or anyone unable to walk from the parking lot into the venue, we do have golf carts available for use. Please park in the primary lot and we will arrange to have you driven down to the ceremony space.
Our wedding will be outdoors. At our venue there is a lot of gravel, uneven ground, and grass. Please keep this in mind when selecting shoes. If choosing to wear heels, opt for a block or wedge heel. Please check the weather forecast as you may want to bring a light jacket.
Please arrive 30 mins early (3:00 PM).
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
Yes! We will be having a welcome event open to everyone invited to the wedding. Please see the schedule page on our website for the list of events.
Everyone in your party that is invited to the wedding is included on your invite. We do want to encourage our guests with children to use this as a date night and come without kids if you’re able!
