FAQs

Here are some common questions about the area or our wedding. If you have any questions in addition to what is listed here, please feel free to reach out to Cam or Alyssa!
Question

But really, what is "Vineyard Formal"?

Answer

For men: suits, tie optional, preferably breathable since it may be warm (it will cool down at night). For women: short, midi , or long dresses. A more formal summer dress would fit the bill. There will be minimal walking in the grass, block heels may be more effortless, but a skinny heel wouldn't ruin your night.

Question

Is everyone invited to the welcome dinner on Saturday?

Answer

Yes! We want to spend as much time having fun with everyone as possible. If you're in the area the day before please do stop by for some food, drinks and fun! Please make sure to RSVP on your invitation response card!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Adults only please!

Question

How are you handling COVID-19?

Answer

We plan to follow all CDC and California guidelines regarding COVID-19. Our wedding will take place outside on a large property. Currently over 90% of our guests have been vaccinated and, in order to create the safest event possible, it is our hope is that by the time of our wedding every guest will be fully vaccinated. Please reach out to Cam or Alyssa with any questions.

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end at 10p and the venue has requested that all guests depart by 10:30p.

Question

What attire should I wear?

Answer

Vineyard Formal. We suggest suits for men and long dresses for ladies. It can be warm during the day, but very pleasant during the evening. Cooler fabrics are recommended.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The bar will open at 3:30p (half an hour before the ceremony) and will close at 9p.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Although we would recommend guests to arrive via taxi or rideshare service, yes, there is complimentary parking at the venue. Guests who choose to drive themselves may leave their cars at the venue overnight, however they must be picked up by 11a the following day.

Question

Is there parking for the Saturday welcome dinner?

Answer

Yes, however parking is limited. We would recommend most guests arrive via taxi or rideshare.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 6th.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please list any restrictions on your RSVP card or reach out to either Cam or Alyssa.

Question

What is the menu being served at the wedding?

Answer

The wedding menu is as follows: Appetizers: Crab Cakes paired with Cajun Aioli; Wild Mushroom Bruschetta: butter sauteed mushrooms, herbs, parmesan cheese; Chilled Shrimp Shooter: chile infused cocktail sauce, red onion and celery (GF) || Salad: Walnut and Quinoa: mixed greens, golden raisins, goat cheese, and balsamic vinaigrette (GF) || Entrees: Cedar Salmon: asparagus, roasted cauliflower wild rice , creme fraiche, dill (GF); Ribeye & Mashed Potatoes: gold potato puree, red wine & shallot compound butter, steak sauce, sauteed crimini mushroom, and spinach (GF)

Question

We want to go wine tasting -- what are your recommendations?

Answer

Great! We've listed some of our favorite wineries on the Things To Do page, but you really can't go wrong. One of the best things about Temecula is that most of the wineries are right next to each other along Rancho California Rd. We tend to just pick a place to start and then hop from winery to winery, making our way down the road. One thing we do ask is that you avoid wine tastings the morning of our ceremony - there will be plenty of drinks at the venue!
