The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We would recommend that you arrive 30 minutes early to park, find your seat, and settle in.
We’ve reserved room blocks at both the Best Western and the Clarion for your convenience. The hotels are located right next to each other and connected by a shared parking lot, making it easy to stay close to family and friends throughout the weekend. All booking information can be found on our Travel page. As a fun note, both the bride and groom will be staying at the Best Western and would love to see familiar faces around the hotel during the celebration weekend!
Yes! We will be providing a complimentary shuttle service for guests staying at our hotel blocks. The shuttle will transport guests to and from the venue so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration safely. Shuttle pickup times and locations will be shared closer to the wedding date. We kindly ask that guests plan to arrive at the designated pickup location on time, as the shuttle will depart promptly.
We love your little ones—but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a well-deserved night out!

Yes—our girls will be there for a special part of the day! Stella and Tillie will be joining us for our first look, but they’ll be heading home before the ceremony so we can fully focus on celebrating with all of you. They’re a big part of our hearts (and photos), just not the dance floor!
